As per Companies Act, 2013, compliance requirements for Companies have changed as compared to Companies Act, 1956. Even though Companies Act came into force from 1stApril, 2014 but annual Compliances for the Companies for Financial year 2013-14 were as per Companies Act, 1956. However, from financial year 2014-15 Annual Compliances will be as per Companies Act, 2013. Annual Compliances for the companies have completely changed from the earlier Compliances.
